Receiver (Mounted on the Crane): This unit receives signals from the transmitter and converts them into commands for the crane’s hydraulic and electrical systems. A.Antenna: Enhances signal reception.

C. Electronic Control Unit (ECU) / Programmable Logic Controller (PLC): This is the “brain” of the system. It receives signals from the receiver, interprets them, and sends corresponding electrical signals to the hydraulic valves and other actuators. The ECU/PLC also monitors the crane’s sensors and safety systems.
D. Hydraulic Valves: These electrically controlled valves regulate the flow of hydraulic fluid to the crane’s cylinders and motors, controlling the speed and direction of each movement. Proportional valves allow for variable speed control.
