How Long ls Your Product Warranty?

All valves from ZORYLIFT are covered with a 12 Months warranty from the date of installation or 14 Months warranty from the shipment date, whichever comes earlier.

The scope of the warranty is covered for manufacturing defects only. If a valve failure is due to incorrect operation by the customer, the warranty is not applicable.

When do I receive my order?

Your order's total delivery time = Production Lead Time + Shipping Duration. Production is 7-10 days for in-stock items, or 25-35 days for standard out-of-stock items. Sea freight shipping time then varies by your country. Contact your sales representative for a precise estimated arrival date based on current production and shipping to your location.
